Linh Ho is the Broker/Owner for Liberty Chateau Realty Inc., a firm that specializes in all aspects of Residential Real Estate in the greater New York area including the 5 boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange and Duchess counties. She is a member of all the leading MLS in the areas to ensure maximum exposure in marketing. Linh is a Queens native and graduate of St John’s University, where she received a BS in Finance. Linh then went on to pursue her Real Estate license in 2003 and by 2006 received her Broker’s License.

In 2010, Linh launched Liberty Chateau Realty Inc. and since inception has expanded her expertise into NJ, and CT and is currently pursuing her license in both states.

Since 95% of her business are bank owned properties, Linh works with a variety of clients and offers a full range of services including, but not limited to Property Management, clearing violations, evictions, clearing title, and negotiating construction bids to maximize client returns. Her office negotiates Cash for keys, ECB “fines”, DIL, and Judgements. Linh has a hands-on approach and works closely with the attorneys, architects, banks, and title companies.

Linh has secured an extended network of agents to cover, work and offer support to our Upstate NY, NJ, PA, and CT listings.

In addition to the residential real estate and property management services, Linh launched LCR Management to oversee her client’s portfolios for Nonperforming loans and works with borrowers to convert the assets to loan modifications, Deed in Lieu, short sales and short payoffs.
